It is important to share with clients how best to prepare the items they receive. Results from the most recent hunger study show that more than 60% of clients households have a member with high blood pressure, and more than 30% of client households have a member with diabetes. Both of these health issues can be combatted through healthy diet. 

Do you share recipes with your clients? If so, share them with us! Specifically, we are looking for simple, healthy and hot meal or food pantry friendly recipes. The Foodbank will compile recipes to share with the network and to share with clients at direct distributions.
