The Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank announced the addition of five new members to its 2017 Board of Directors: Amanda Montgomery, Greg Long, Robert Bowers, Terry Link and Todd Civiello.

“The Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank is honored to welcome our newest board members,” said Dan Flowers, President and CEO of the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. “These new members are all respected leaders from top companies, and they will make great additions to our wonderfully diverse and talented Board of Directors.”

Below is a brief biography of each new member:

Amanda Montgomery is Vice President of Industrial Bearings at The Timken Company. Named to this position in 2014, Montgomery is responsible for driving the focused growth streams for spherical, cylindrical, thrust, and large bore tapered bearings. She leads product management and product and process engineering teams driving global growth and profitability of these products and advancing the company’s position as a full-line bearing leader. 

Greg Long is Co-Founder, President, and Managing Partner of Long, Cook & Samsa, Inc., CPA's, a local accounting firm in Wooster, Ohio. He has thirty-eight years of public accounting experience in the areas of General Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Management Advisory Services.

Robert Bowers is the National Claims Strategy Leader of the Westfield Group. He is currently responsible for the performance of the Westfield claims department. With 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bowers has held a variety of operational and change leadership roles throughout his 20-year career at Westfield. 

Terrence Link II is Partner at Roetzel & Andress. He advises business owners, corporate executives, and in-house attorneys with respect to a variety of corporate, M&A, intellectual property, trademark, technology, licensing, internet, and domain name matters.

Todd G. Civiello is an Independent Retirement and Insurance Consultant with 15 years of experience. He specializes in Senior Needs and Planning with a focus on Estate Preservation and utilizing cutting edge strategies and a dedicated network of independent professionals and specialists to accomplish specific client goals allows him to be at the top of his field year after year. Civiello is also the former Community Harvest Board President-Elect.
