Join us for an immersive pantry simulation in which participants will simulate the experience of navigating the charitable food system to find a week's worth of food for themselves and their family. This training is designed by the Foodbank specifically for your staff and volunteers on the front lines of serving people facing hunger. Bring a small group or your whole crew for a truly eye-opening experience.
Objectives:
- Participate in an open and honest discussion of the real and perceived challenges faced by someone seeking food assistance.
- Understand how we, as a network, can make small changes to have a positive and lasting impact on the people we serve.
