The Partner Agency Handbook must be maintained on site for review and use by your staff and volunteers. Please be aware that the Partner Agency Handbook should not be used as a substitute for training all new agency staff and volunteers but more as a reference guide to help the agency maintain full compliance with their Foodbank partnership.
The handbook is distributed as part of a larger partnership packet of materials during orientation. Each agency will receive one copy of the handbook. Additional copies can be downloaded here.
The Partner Agency Handbook is divided into sections for easy reference. Handbook topics include storing, ordering and transporting food; required monthly reporting; billing and payments; and Foodbank monitoring and inspections.
