There has been a voluntary recall of First Aid Kits manufactured by Triad Group and donated locally by Grainger.  In response to this recall, the Foodbank reviewed our product inventory and found that this item was distributed in the MarketPlace between October 2010 and February 2011.

The recall includes both sterile and non-sterile products contained in the First Aid Kits.  Please stop using this product and throw it away immediately.  Please see the Recall Flyer for a picture of the product.
