EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2011 -The daily food menu will be updated each weekday by 2 p.m. for ordering.  Print the menu and call in your order between 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Order pick-up dates may be scheduled for up to and including 3 business days in advance. If an order is placed between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. you may be able to schedule a pick-up the following business day if an appointment is available. Orders placed AFTER 1 p.m. may be scheduled at the earliest for pick-up on the second business day following the order, if an appointment is available.

Online Ordering

If your agency has already been assigned a login and password for Online Ordering, Click here to be taken to the Online Ordering Program. Online ordering is fast, easy and it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are interested in online ordering and do not have an account already established, click here to get started by downloading an Online Ordering Agency Profile.  Just complete the form and fax it to 330.996.5337 or return it to the Member Services Department.

Once we receive your Online Ordering Agency Profile you will be sent by email your login, password and an option of training dates via email. All trainings are completed via phone conference. Training sessions last approximately 30 minutes and are limited to 7 individuals per phone conference.
