The Foodbank is seeking requests for projects from member agencies for the inaugral Hunger Action Day of Service. Hunger Action Month is in September, and the Foodbank will be recruiting volunteers to assist member agencies in completing projects at their site.
Agencies interested in submitting projects for consideration must do so no later than Friday, July 24th. Project must be held on Friday, September 25th and be a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. Projects submissions should consist of activities such as painting, landscaping, cleaning, reorganizing, inventory, etc. Selected agencies will be notified the week of August 7th.
