The Foodbank is seeking requests for projects from partner agencies for Hunger Action Day of Service. Hunger Action Month is in September, and the Foodbank will be recruiting volunteers to assist network partners in completing projects at their site.
Agencies interested in submitting projects for consideration must do so no later than Tuesday, August 15. Project must be held on Friday, September 29th from 9am - 12pm and accommodate 5-10 volunteers. Projects submissions should consist of activities such as painting, landscaping, cleaning, reorganizing, inventory, etc. Selected agencies will be notified the week of August21st.
